Services of SELLBYTEL
The main task is to support our client’s employees in level 1 and level 2 IT issues, such as office applications and network troubleshooting.
- First Level technical support of products (printer, scanner, digital camera, data- and video-projectors) for consumers and business customers.
- Presales support and handling of enquiries from sales platform.
- Reseller support.
- Up-selling of consumables, extended warranties and accessories, both from converting inbound calls into a sale and through follow-up calls of a selected customer base.
- Sales of extended warranties and repair services.

The main task is to maintain client relationships through service support over the phone; respond to incoming calls and email, manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment.
- Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
- Follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
- To work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.


This role is responsible for answering and dealing with customer post sales requests (logistics, queries, refunds, exchanges, delivery, etc). It involves case resolution until the request is closed in a customer service environment.

- Initiate customers’ escalations including order cancellation, customer satisfaction return, defective on arrival, missing parts, order follow up.
- Qualify calls and reroute misrouted calls.
- Deal with customer escalations.
- Ensure customer query is solved by coordinating responses from the others teams involved (External partners).
- Highlight key issues to the Key User and escalate to the right level appropriately.

· Salary: 15.000-18.00€ gross/year
